When my friends said we were eating dinner at Bluegrass, I couldn't imagine where in Baltimore City it could be located. Turned out to be in the Federal Hill/Locust Point area. This restaurant is small, but you don't feel that with a bar that opens to the outside. Very European. Georgia, Vicki, Marci, and I had a fun time, which wasn't surprising. With good friends, good food, and good wine, how could we miss??Bluegrass Tavern
